I got a text message notification at 9pm saying the order was being prepared for delivery and I would be notified when the driver was on the way. I got an email the next day saying my order was “delayed” and I would receive a $50 gift card for the delay. I tried multiple times looking up the status of my order but it said the order didn’t exist. It’s Tuesday and still no order. I went into Lowe’s and not one person apologized for my inconvenience. I waited for any manager to come to customer service for about 15-20 minutes. They actually said “you never received anything?” One guy blamed the delivery driver and said he lied about delivering my order. I was pretty disappointed to say the least.

Was told Friday that carpet was being picked up Monday in wearhouse due to truck bring broke. The lady with the install said she would call us today (Tuesday) but she never called. We called store and they gave us number to installers. A guy answered this time with same story that truck broke down but no reason why they could not have called us to update us. They fo make rental trucks you know....anyway we are headed to Lowe's tomorrow (wednesday) to cancel this carpet purchase. No one seems to care that customers are being unconvinced and not being updated as promised they would do. A few years ago Lowes in Midfletown was clean and a nice place to shop. These days you can Wright your name on anything in the store due to all the dust. Always have dirty dusty hands when we leave. Going to start going to Menards at least they are clean and hopefully have better customer service.
