I rented an indoor unit with the understanding that it would include proper lighting, which was never provided. Because I do not live nearby, I am only able to check on my belongings occasionally. During my most recent visit, I discovered mouse droppings throughout the unit and even found a dead mouse inside one of my blankets, which had to be discarded. This level of sanitation is unacceptable, especially for an indoor unit that is expected to offer better protection from pests. I attempted to contact the company to address these concerns but was unable to reach anyone for assistance. To make matters worse, my monthly rate has continued to increase over time despite the damage to my belongings caused by these conditions. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend this facility based on the lack of maintenance, customer service, and accountability.
