  A neighbor's large tree fell across the service line to my house and onto a detached garage. Some branches were sticking through the roof of the garage. I wanted the branches to be lifted up and out because if they fell through into the garage they could have caused damage to the contents inside. Other companies were not at all confident that they could accomplish this. Axel said it would be no problem as they had the proper equipment. I called early on a Saturday morning. He was out to give an estimate in less than an hour. The price was very competitive. I gave Axel the go ahead at the end of the day Saturday and he agreed to remove the tree the next morning. He showed up when he said he would, did everything he said he would do and more. They even cleaned up the smaller debris with blowers and rakes, which I was not expecting. Very quick and impressive operation. They came in with a crane truck, bucket truck, chipper, and skid steer. The job was done and cleaned up in under an hour and twenty minutes from start to finish. Communication was great throughout; Axel was very responsive to texts and answered the phone the few times I called. If I ever need this kind of work again I will definitely be calling Axel.

  Ash Tree Service Pro worked with my schedule, was on time, very professional, did a great job cleaning up, and was very safety conscious. We had 3 dead trees that needed to be taken down in a difficult area behind our house in a subdivision with houses all around. They did a great job bringing down the trees without causing any issues with the remaining trees and shrubs. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them for any future jobs.

  Had Ash Tree Service take down a tree and trim two others a little over a month ago. They broke 4 slats on the neighbors wooden fence. When I told the owner he didn't believe me. He came to look and said that someone would be out by the end of the weekend. No one showed so I called him back on the next Wednesday and he promised he would be out by Friday to take care of the broken slats on the fence. He never showed. I called again on the next Thursday and said he would rather just pay the neighbor to fix their own stuff. I asked if he would just replace the boards since his company was the one's that broke them. Thirty minutes later he texts me and said he was just at the neighbors and payed Daniel. I told him a man doesn't live next door. He replied a little later saying Danielle. My neighbors name is Jennifer. I would not recommend a liar or someone who breaks a fence and won't repair it. He has a shady character. Do yourself a favor and call someone else if you don't want to replace what he breaks. They break stuff and the owner lies about fixing it. By all means don't call this company if you care about your stuff, they about ripped off the neighbors gutter before I hollered for them to stop. Was a nightmare from the start, should have had someone else do the work. Would give a zero but it won't let me!! 07/06/2025
