  Shiver provided us a monitored home security system since they bought out Cin/Data in 2009. In 2018 our equipment stopped communicating with Shiver so there was no monitoring. One of their technicians came out to inspect the equipment but it was going to cost way to much to fix such an antiquated system. We decided to cancel with Shiver and bought the latest in technology Arlo equipment. Six years later Shiver is still sending us bills with numerous late fees claiming we never cancelled with them. Despite many calls and emails they won't stop with their threats to collect from us.

  Shiver insured that we received everything promised during the process. Front office staff and service team was kind and followed up to make sure we were happy with the process.

  We switched to Shiver security systems two months ago and have been so pleased. With our old security provider, when we would trip the alarm on accident, the "check-in" call never came, making me wonder if anyone was really monitoring it. With Shiver we've tripped the alarm a few times, and the response is always very fast. It's great to know we have a local company monitoring things locally and providing fast response times. The installer was very courteous and accommodating. The customer service has been top-notch from start to finish. It is noticeably different from our previous providers. I'm so glad we made the switch to Shiver!
