- JRJeff RollsJun 7, 20232.0Not a bad company but beware of the fine print. When you sign up with them you're agreeing to a 60 month contract + you pay for installation fees and it's more expensive then a lot of the other ones on the market. The Fine print got me.

The one negative is that they lock you into a long term contract (5 years!) despite the initial installation fees. If you cancel, the contract requires you to pay 1/2 of the remaining balance of the entire contract. This is an expensive proposition if you sell your home and then must pay 1/2 of the balance of the contract for monitoring at a residence that you no longer own. In today's world of mobility, you may wish to consider if you would take this risk.
