    The reps at 1-800-Leslies cannot solve ANY issue. Had the worst time getting a pool heater, then was told that the trip charge for the estimate would be refunded if we had them or to do our installation. The install team didn't refund the charge, but charged another trip fee. I caught it as soon as they left. Called the local Leslie's store who processed my card and was told to call 1-800-Leslies and they would connect me to the billing department who would fix the issue. I called and was told that refunds are at the store level, but they would try to help. Was then told someone would get back with me in 24 to 48 hours. Nope! Heard that song and dance from them before and no one ever calls back! I've spent over $3000, and 6 weeks trying to complete a simple purchase and install. I and will NEVER use Leslie's for anything that requires me to use their 1-800 call center ever again! Plus the install is crooked....was told by the installer that it is due to the way the gas valve was not straight in the heater. Really?!

    Last time I buy anything from this location! Customer service is terrible from Willie. He is always in Foul mood and today was no different. I was in customer service for 30 years and would have never ever talked to a customer they way he does.

    Willie knows his stuff but be prepared to wait because he's the only one there that does. They advertise free water testing and it is free but take note. They will wait on every customer that comes in after you and take every phone call that comes in while you wait. When it’s convenient for them they will give you the results. 1 hour wait time at least.
