I was greeted by Samuel and asked if he could help or answer any questions. The large number of selections on the floor room made it easy to make a decision. I checked out the large selection of fabric styles and found what I was looking for. I eagerly await my delivery.
Delivery drivers were prompt and courteous. They were able to maneuver the large couch into a small elevator, and finished the delivery. They even helped with the disposal of the old couch. Great service, thank you!

We really enjoyed working with Katerina, the designer at the Mentor store. She listened to our vision for the space and we liked all her suggestions. There was no high sales pressure. When the sectional cost was over our budget, she worked to find us a comparable set in our price range. Not only is she a talented designer, but she’s genuinely a nice person. I would definitely recommend her.

My experience buying a new recliner from La-Z-Boy furniture in Mentor last month was wonderful from start to end. Our salesperson, Jar, was a major reason the experience was so good.
I asked a lot of questions when purchasing the chair. Questions about the chair, power supply, warranty, extended warranty, I looked at all the fabric options, etc. Jar answered them all. When he wasn’t sure of an answer (he’s only been working for La-Z-Boy for a short time), rather than make something up or guess, he’d look up the answer or ask one of the more experienced salespeople. He also took time with us (my wife and I) as we pondered which fabric would be best. Jar was also very patient which make purchasing from him easy. In a very good way, I’d say he “helped us buy” and make the right decision for us, rather than trying to pressure us into buying.
Jar was so helpful, we decided not to check other furniture stores, as was our plan, before buying from La-Z-Boy. We did make two trips to the store to buy because I wanted to make sure the chair I picked on the first visit was indeed the right one.
The other salespeople in the store were also very nice. They helped Jar find the answers to some of my questions.
I have to say, over the past 35 years, we have had very good luck with La-Z-Boy furniture. We still own and use regularly some of the non-recliner chairs we purchased about 25 years ago. Some of the fabric is worn on some chairs that are used regularly, but not as much as you might imagine.
