- JWJoshua WosotowskyMar 6, 20261.0I dropped off a single suit to get cleaned for a wedding. I was told by the person I dropped it off that it would be ready at a certain date. I drove to pick up the suit and it was not ready. It's just a giant inconvenience and costing me time and gas money to drive back and forth between this place to get the suit that I was promised.
- AAAbbyNov 15, 20251.0If I could give this a one star review I would, my dress was dropped off in the hopes that it would be perfectly clean by the time it was picked up, well 3 days after it was picked up finally had the time to look at it the dress was absolutely still dirty, the only "clean" part was the cake frosting was out of the chest area. There was still dirt and grass all over the dress oh and tape still stuck inside unremoved from the dress. I called and asked what time they where open till I was told 7pm I said that was perfect I'd be there soon, I got there the only light on where the laundromat not the dry cleaner, had called and and was told that they where trying to tell me they closed at 5 but I "hung up" but yet I got no answer after I had said I'll see you soon, they guy then proceeded to argue with me, but if my wedding dress wasn't cleaned properly I would be upset and trying to make it right, then proceeded to say the dry cleaner is only open 3 days of the week crazy when their website says Monday-Friday, 7am-9pm for the dry cleaner. I don't know I know I won't be taking anymore business back to them, they didn't do a "great" job like they claimed.

I have a flight that will landing at 2 Wednesday morning. I'll be in first thing to pick it up, so I can go to bed and it's not ready... really? I couldn't believe it.
