- ZMZach MillsDec 2, 20253.0After watching me spend over ten minutes picking out a Cleveland Metroparks Zoo ornament, the cashier tells me they are all preboxed and behind the counter. I ask to open the one she grabs for me to inspect it and was told no. I should have ignored her and opened it because this ornament is faulty. The hook on the top is half way hanging out and I’m terrified of shattering the bulb when trying to fix it. It hangs crooked, too, because it’s not fully inserted. I don’t live in Cleveland let alone Ohio so it’s impossible for me to exchange it. For being almost $50 for one, the quality is not reliable nor does it coincide with the its price. I’m extremely disappointing with both the ornament and the apathetic customer service I received equally.

I found monstera, majesty palm, snake plants, echiveria, zz plant and many ivy, fern and spider plant varieties. Their decorations and furniture are cute and tasteful but are very expensive. I love the variety of annuals and perennials as well as their trees and outdoor decor. I do wish that their plants were a little better taken care of. Every time I visit I'm clearing dead leaves and dead heading them. Overall a great place to shop, if you go during the day the employees know their stuff. Evening crew, not so much.
