  Great shopping experience at the La-Z-boy furniture store in Mentor, Ohio. Sam, the sales associate, was very patience and knowledgeable,thus making it easy for me to find the best recliner that fit my needs.

  My experience was excellent from start to finish. Sam introduced himself right away, understood what I was looking for, and then gave me space to browse without any pressure. When I found the couches I loved, he was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. One of the biggest bonuses was that they come out and measure your space as part of the service. Other stores handed me a confusing diagram and expected me to figure it out myself. Catarina came to my home to measure and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience and I felt confident in my purchase.
