  This hobby lobby location has a wide variety of craft items to choose from and their greenery section is very organized and neat. The customer service is amazing including a customer service rep stopping what she was doing to come and assist me with locating an item. The Hobby Lobby culture is very present at this location!

  I walk in and the two employees by the door that were doing nothing but talking to each other ignored me and then the couple of employees I happened upon in the store also ignored me. Then after I found what I was looking for I went to the registers where no one, but one lady was seemingly cleaning (she wasn't) and then another employee (one of those who ignored me when I first walked in) rudely directed me to a register. Then she asks (first thing she asked) do I want to buy a bag? Even before ringing me up. Do I want to buy a bag? What? No I want to buy the tee-shirt and then would like a bag for my purchase. Stores that cannot bother to give their customers a bag for their purchases shouldn't even be in business. I understand CVS does this (at least in Chicago actually not sure if they're doing it in Cleveland yet) and that's bad enough, but a store like Hobby Lobby makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. And for a place that has Christian owners why are the employees so rude to the customers? Since writing this review I've spoken to corporate and the first phone call I had with them was great and they were very open and they listened until the next day when they're telling me there's a ban on plastic bags in Cuyahoga County. When I explained to the woman on the phone that I live in Cuyahoga County and have my entire life and that no retailer here is actually adhering to that ban she wouldn't listen. She just kept arguing that she was on the website for Cuyahoga County. After I hung up on her I looked it up and she forgot to mention the most important part which is yes they are illegal in Cuyahoga County, but they cannot enforce it. Sounds weird but it's true and Hobby Lobby clearly just doesn't want to deal with their employees and whatever weird things they're doing. The other odd thing is if she was telling the truth, which she wasn't, then why if plastic bags are illegal do they still have them at checkout for sale? I would think it would be even more illegal to sell a plastic bag that supposedly you're not even supposed to be using. One more company that could care less about their customers.

  We took two prints in for framing. Very different styles. The staff was excellent in working with us helping us to consider a variety of frames and mats. We were not rushed. We appreciated the creative insights they provided. No appointment necessary unlike a competitor (who we tried to meet with twice earlier and they no showed for both appointments). Turnaround was two weeks which was faster than we’d experienced in the past with a competitor. Results were great. They’re now our go to framer.

  I am a gift basket designer. I've been told by so many people to check this place out so I finally did. I walked in and felt like I was home. They literally had so much to choose from that it was a bit overwhelming. On the other hand, there were a few things they didn't have. For the most part, prices are reasonable with great selection. If you look on the back wall, there's a Clearance section where I found a few knick knacks for my gift baskets. Make sure you have a budget and stick to it because you can blow it here easily. I will definitely be back!

  This hobby lobby is trash! No selection compared to others I visit. Buy a bag? Since when?! Not to mention my purchase wouldn't fit inside 1 bag so then you have to buy multiple! What a joke. Stay clear.. Go to Mentor
