  Just canceled my order after waiting for four weeks. I know part of my order was on backorder, but they assured me the other parts of my order that was not on back order would be delivered in one to two weeks. Terrible communication on their part. I’m sure they’ll respond to my review saying thank you for the valuable feedback. I’m sure we will learn from it and They’ll end up doing nothing. I am pretty mad about this so I’m probably gonna end up digging up the CEO’s email and venting to him as well

  Very helpful during our visit. They make sure you know all the features and things you can do with the couch to fit your needs. They do not pressure you but let it sell itself by wanting to help you get what you need. Definitely go in instead of online. Got an extra 5% at the store than online. Can't wait to get and hopefully everything is delivered smoothly.

  We visited this site in person to determine which configuration we wanted. The workers there were very nice and accommodating, but unfortunately, much went wrong with our order. Despite ordering the exact configuration that was displayed at the front of the store, one back pillow was omitted from the order and another was ordered in the wrong width. Resolving these issues with customer service was a pain, as the missing pillow took 2 months to arrive and we had to spend more time than necessary convincing the service rep that the pillow was the wrong width for our configuration. They also tried to have us pay full price for the corrections instead of the discount we had when we originally ordered. Additionally, one of the seats was missing the required parts that usually come bundled in the box. We had to call both the store and the national help line to resolve this. The couch is nice so far, but it's a lot of money to spend to have such a frustrating experience.

  Clean store, nice easy process. I’d advise coming in to SEE versus online. Same prices onsite and online. Why chose their modular even though they are expensive? Simply. Long term considerations of cleaning and the ability to change a cushion when needed. No warranty from any furniture store will apply when the time comes fix a couch after X years. It’s expandable later on… wait for a sale.

  Rick was so helpful! Answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Having only looked at sofas online I was unsure which I was going to go with, but after todays visit when I’m ready to pull the trigger I’ll be buying a lovesac!
