Call me old fashioned but I walked around the store for about 30 minutes and passed about 10 employees and not once did one of them even say hello or ask if I needed any help finding something.

Called them to ask if they had an item that I was looking for. The bot that answered the phone was beyond useless and would not connect me to a human. It could not find the item or understand what I was asking for.

Ordered a dish washer (in stock dishwasher) they tell me 2 days 2 days went but no call went to store they pushed it back 2 weeks got everything refunded went to Home Depot got it next day.

We picked out and paid for a Whirlpool gas range on the 15th of October 2025, they told us that the stove was at the wharehouse in Columbus and would be delivered on friday and the warhouse delivery people would call the next day to confirm a friday delivery. They didnt call us so my Wife called them and found out that it wouldnt be delivered until Sunday and they would call on Saturday to confirm a Sunday delivery, again nobody called and again the Wife called them and Lowes in Marysville, Ohio now says that the earliest they could deliver it wouls be on Sunday 10/26/25, mind you this is a full 10 days after we paid for it, over 700.00 with tax, and when we asked if we could pick it up from the warehouse and they said no, they also would not just deliver it to the store, so they was going to charge a extra 50 bucks to deliver it to our house because they dont stock this stove at their store. Well after all of this , we cancelled the order and went to Menads, bought, paid for and took home the new stove. I really think Lowes could do alot better in customer service. Dropping 700 bucks on something is kinda serious if your sales people cant get their stories together. No thankyous here for wasting my time.
