Lowe's is fine, but their contract with By Tor Contracting is a problem. If you need any plumbing work done through Lowe's you have to deal with these guys. The installers are fine but the management and organization in the office is a nightmare. Go anywhere else.

Lowe’s warehouse delivery is utterly awful. Customer service to receive a new delivery item that helps the working class is again awful. I do not recommend Lowe’s in Ontario Ohio.

I do NOT recommend using Lowe's for carpet installation. It was not installed the way we discussed during the estimate, even though I was told it could be. On top of that, the contractor used the bathroom and didn't flush or wash his hands when he was done. He couldn't even put our transition strip back in because he "ONLY does carpets" and didn't seem to even know anything about them.
Got a call shortly after the contractor arrived from the company, and they asked if he had arrived and how things were going. I told them it was already not going well with the floor plan/dimensions, and they said they'd have the area manager call me. That was hours ago, the installation is finished already, and no phone call.
Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
