    Went specifically to purchase a stove. While trying to decide between two models, Adam came to the rescue!! He helped us understand and offered to answer any questions.     Bill at Lowe’s went way above and beyond to help me solve my problem. He took the time to bring my brass fittings to the back and personally helped disconnect them, which I truly appreciated. He then went through the trouble of finding the exact correct fittings I needed instead of just pointing me in a direction. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and creative, and he even took time to teach me some improvement tips while I was shopping. Outstanding customer service like this is why I’ll keep coming back to Lowe’s. Thank you, Bill!

    Made a order a month for new fridge, stove,dishwasher paid in every thing and delivery suppose to be delivered today 12/26/2025 I get a email stating it wouldn't be delivery until 12/30/2025 I took the day off work to get delivery today. I called to at first I was told nothing can be done about i did get loud because it was paid for my time is just valuable as lowes after saying I will cancel order go to mernards the lady like how about next Saturday I said so have it delivered tomorrow between 8 am 8pm I asked could someone let me no when they be there she no i will get delivery tomorrow I will never buy anything at lowes again

    I purchased a gas range as Christmas gift; I specifically mentioned it is a gift, I wanted to pay for install and removal. On the receipt, I was charged for a hook up fee, but not an install kit; which for future reference you need, but not emphasized by salesperson. When they delivered it, it was explained that we need a install kit, and could not hook up the range that day(12-23-25). When I called customer care to get issue resolved, the lady, ignorantly, said that since I paid for it, I need to call the installers. When I, in an aggravated tone, told her they directed me to call them and I am not calling the installers back, she threatened to hang up on me. After, explaining to her that if the installers are wrong, then Lowes should call and correct them, she decided to transfer me to the appliance department. The man in the appliance department, at least, apologized and directed me to call customer care. After going through the prompts, an agent heard my issue and transferred me to a different agent. This man apologized and said that he would set an appointment for the next day and placed me on hold. After 20 minutes on hold, he muted the phone and kept saying hello. Then, hung up. When I went through the prompts again, the same agent apologized and transferred me again. This representive said the earliest appointment would be the 26th. When asked about the next day availability offered from the previous agent she huffed loudly in the phone and repeated herself, as if their incompetence is my fault. Needless to say, I highly recommend not using this location to purchase an appliance, especially if you expect a seamless and professional experience.
