I walked into the store, I told him my needs and price range, and asked me my sleeping habits. I tried many beds, but the first bed, the one Dustin suggested, is now in my guest room! Dustin suggested a higher price model, describing the advantages, which convenience me that is the best one for me! My PT recommended that I should try out each bed by laying on it for a long period of time, in which Dustin assisted another customer. Not once was Dustin was pushy, answering all of our questions. I was really impressed of the type of pillow to test with the mattress, after he heard me talk about my pinched nerve. I walked away paying $3100, with accessories that I also needed. I have a 10 year guarantee and the belief of a better back. Thank-you Dustin!
