- CACiara ArnoldJun 18, 20252.0Monica needs retrained on customer service. I had a great experience with purchasing my washer and dryer through them. I had my debit card stolen back to back while at work. Waiting to get this resolved, and for my debit card to arrive, Monica was not pleasant when told I would update my payment method as soon as my card arrived. I felt very offended when she responded with "well you've been waiting for your debit card for weeks now". I felt as though she was accusing me of just trying not to pay. I understand they are worried I was trying not to pay, but this is not the case and I made the payment as soon as my card arrived. If i had missed MONTHS, or even two payments that would be completely different. They had just called me weeks prior about how much credit I had left to lease more from them. This experience turned me off, I was planning on adding furniture through them but will go elsewhere for that. I purchased something else through a different company, and they were so understanding about my unfortunate circumstance, and even said "life happens! Just call us when you get it". I'll be getting my furniture from them instead. If I had missed MONTHS of payments, that would be completely different. It was one payment. The other woman that works there is so sweet though!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
