- HMHaley MarzanoJun 23, 20251.0Do not shop here if you expect your items to arrive on time. We ordered our crib on April 12th at which time AFTER purchase they go ok it will be 6-10 weeks for your crib to arrive which we were ok with. At 6 weeks I called the store just to check in and they said the 10 week mark looks to be more accurate. 10 weeks was June 21st. I called today June 23rd to see if my crib had arrived and they said it was just shipped from California. I said ok that’s fine so it should be here sometime this week the woman on the phone goes oh no it would be a few more weeks no apology, no empathy pure snarkiness . I called three times today before I got someone on the phone, they take your money before they give you a time frame and then the time frame is weeks wrong. If you expect your items to arrive in a timely fashion/expect accurate timelines DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Update: She called back today and “apologized” that I called late in the day and she didn’t have that much time to look into it due to the time of day. (Even tho I called 3 times before that with no answer) She said that it should arrive in Ohio on Thursday and then it will take more time to arrive to their warehouse. I explained that I was frustrated they didn’t call if they knew it was going to be delayed. She stated that she didn’t feel the need to call because it would only be a few days. I told her on the phone yesterday she said it wouldn’t just be a few days it could be weeks. She said she didn’t say that. My husband and I both recall that she in fact did say that. Even if it arrives in Ohio at a shipping facility on Thursday it will still take a day, two days or more to arrive to their warehouse, which at that point, is a week or more which is in fact not a few days. Not impressed with the response.
