  I am truly not sure why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. Margaret was so unbelievably helpful while we shopped. They don't work on comission and are truly there just to help you and provide info. Before going to Bergs Baby I started the baby shopping journey overwhelmed, as many parents do. There are way too many options and with no baby shops in our area we had to shop online with everyone claiming to be the best brand and be the best for baby blah blah. I wanted to touch things in person and see how they worked. So we made the 1 hour trek to Bergs and I am so glad we did. I am so grateful for their help and knowledge so we could narrow things down. We picked the nursery furniture, high chair, nursing chair, stoller, and carseat all in about 2 hours. I did not think that was even possible. Highly recommend them!

  Dave, the owner was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable about all of the products. He went above and beyond. So nice to have a baby furniture store where you can see everything, buy it, and add it to your registry.

  Caroline was incredibly patient and helpful answering my one million questions, getting me specs, and showing me sample fabrics. Great inventory for baby & teen furniture and accessories too,

  Caroline Pursey was wonderful. We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with her while navigating strollers and car seats as first-time parents. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. She took the time to explain every option in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed, and truly listened to what mattered most to us. What stood out the most was how thoughtfully she tailored her recommendations to our lifestyle and needs rather than just pushing products. As first-time parents, the process can feel overwhelming, but she made it feel approachable and even enjoyable. We left feeling confident, informed, and excited about our choices. We’re so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone—especially new parents—looking for expert, compassionate help.

  The store itself is nice but the manager, Margaret, was very rude and condescending. She talked to my husband and mother and I like we were stupid and with a very belittling tone. If there was someone else there to help us, I would’ve requested them but she was the only one there on the floor to assist customers. She made what was suppose to be such a happy time and decision-making process very uncomfortable and rather annoying. We were really hopeful and excited to visit Berg’s because of the amazing things everyone said about the store and Caroline and David but sadly, we had an awful experience due to Margaret.
