- VJVanity JohnsonJan 13, 20261.0I requested 1 key, the next pop up screen said if you buy 2 the 3rd is free. I added the second key to the cart, my total was $22 and change. I proceeded to swipe my card to process the payment. They did charge my card not for 2 keys but for 3 and the machine cut 4 keys. I took the keys anyway. Got home none of them work. Requested a refund and they sent a text stating that I’ll be refunded $8.01. Mind you for 1 key it’s $9.99. Tried to do a refund for the remaining 2 keys not 3 because 1 of them was free. Hit with a “Can’t be processed”. Tried calling, no answer. It kept routing back to the main menu. Never again
