Well I must of looked a little overwhelmed because an employee by the name of Michelle Klesta asked me if I needed help. I was struggling with another memory so my concentration was limited. So I gladly appreciated the assistance. After we located what I needed in her department, she said "What next?". Lowe's was not crowded that day for a change. Yes I had a list. She walked me in the right direction throughout my list. I probably would have purchased less because I would of gave up looking for I needed. I would like to thank Lowe's for hiring and keeping employees such as Michelle. She definitely is an asset to your company.

Don’t do business here. I recently bought a fence through Lowe’s. They came out measured and said it would take a few weeks to get materials in then the estimated date of completion would be May 2nd 2025. It is now September 17th and finally got everything done. After numerous times of them making apts to come out and meet me to go over property lines before installation and them not showing up. When I called to reschedule or ask why they never showed up I got attitude and rude text from their installers. They forgot to order multiple parts which kept prolonging installation then kept pushing out the date to come back because it wasn’t a priority to them even tho it was their fault the correct parts were not ordered. I missed out on days of paid work days and multiple events I had to cancel due to all the supplies laying all over the yard for months. They forgot to order a latch for the double gate across the driveway and it took about 7 weeks to come in. Once it came in they ordered a black latch when my fence is silver. For about 7 weeks I had to use a bungee cord to lock my gate. I had a pallet of about 20 bags of concrete that got wet and hardened sitting in my driveway until September 16th and they wanted me to move it by hand closer to the end of the driveway because “their machine was too big to come inside the fence and pick it up”. Then I call once project is done and they said all they can do to compensate for the time and headache is a $250 Lowes gift card”…..I spent $7,300 on this fence and this is “all they could do” unbelievable. So anyone wanting to use Lowes for your next project…. save the time and headache and shop elsewhere.
