I am not a happy customer with your store and your workers. For 1 this flooring was order from you guys in lima that's where it should of stayed and been cut not shipped to a different store like it has been, because you guys don't want to mess with it and do your job and then not even being cut at all and Marion told me it was shipped to Toledo. This is a bunch of bullcrap screwing me around when your worker told me you guys had enough at the lima store and then shipping it everywhere else wasting my time to get it laid so I can move in to my place. Now I had to call marion this morning to see if it was getting delivered today and guess what nobody even told them to deliver it today. So now I got to wait another day because nobody knows how to do their job and put it in the dang computer that it has been cut and needs delivered ASAP. This is ridiculous you or marion whoever I don't care better figure it out and take the delivery fee off and the day the machine was cut and should be more for wasting my time delivering it to other stores in the first place. When you guys should of had it done. If I don't get reimbursed I will leave a bad review and call bad business bureau to let them know how I bad of service I had and got scrwed around with this flooring that I paid alot for from you guys. I will never order or get anything from lima lowes again and I could of went to Bellefountain which is even closer to me but I trusted you guys to have it done right and it's been nothing but a run around mess. You wouldn't be happy either if this happen to you. I better be getting a card in the mail to reimbursed some of my money back for all this nonsense that should of never happend. Marion said you guys had them all confused about why they even had to do the flooring in the first place and why it was shipped to Toledo. So You lima and Marion lowes need to get there crap together and do I your jobs right people pay alot of money for this stuff and take days off work that have been ruined.
Hello again, I was told you would make it right and waive my delivery charge and so on and I still have not received or heard anything back from you or lowes company itself. I have gave weeks to make it right on your guys mess up with shipping with my flooring everywhere else then doing my purchase at the lima store like it should of been, wasting 3 weeks of our time and days off work to get it put in and was told you guys would make it right to me. When we first came in, there were three associates talking in the plumbing section. Two of them went somewhere else and one stayed. We asked him for help. We showed him what we needed and he points and says, if we have it it will be down that aisle and walked away. We could not find what we needed and were about to go to Menards, since we couldn't get help. All of a sudden a sweet girl named Ashley Anderson came to me and asked if she could help us. Mind you, she did not work in that department. But she stayed and she helped us try to find what we needed and when she couldn't find it, she went and got Chris, who has worked there for 24 years. He was so so helpful and even when we couldn't find the part, he suggested something and helped us with that. Kudos to Chris and Ashley...thanks for going above and beyond!! Lowe's almost lost our business because of one associate(and it was not a kid). Thanks again!

ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT SERVICE!!! We spent over $6,000 in store, physically seeing and selecting every single item ourselves for our remodelation. Since it wouldn’t fit in our vehicle, we PAID EXTRA for delivery, trusting the store to handle it responsibly. Part of our order included 55 boxes of flooring that were 75% off, a deal we had already paid for in full. Two hours after we left, the store SOLD OUR FLOORING right off the sales floor to someone else (because they couldn't even be bothered to pull our order from the sales floor). Instead of immediately calling to explain or fix it, they refunded the flooring behind our backs. This then caused the other 120 items in our order to get delayed by 10 DAYS, now our remodelation is behind schedule and lead to issues with our contractors.
When we called and explained that we still needed the flooring and simply wanted the same brand, same quality, and same quantity at the price we had already purchased, they refused. They offered only a fraction of the original discount and showed zero accountability for their mistake. After dealing with multiple rude and unhelpful managers, we contacted corporate and were connected with Crystal, an incredibly condescending representative who after 20 minutes, told us "Yeah that flooring is sold out, was that all you needed help with?" We obviously knew that and solely had asked to speak to a superior. After over 40 minutes of waiting to be connected to a superior, she HUNG UP and falsely claimed we stopped responding.
When we called back, we got a gentleman who genuinely tried to help, but the corporate manager above him completely ignored him for over 35 minutes during the call. After the manager FINALLY answered him, she refused to even speak with us directly, forcing the poor representative to play messenger while they continued to offer even LESS of a discount than before.
We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable, just the same flooring, same brand, same model, even in ANY color they wanted to make it simple. They refused to make it right, refused to acknowledge their mistake, and refused to provide any form of compensation or accountability for breaching the purchase agreement we had already completed.
From the store employees, to the management, to corporate, this company has shown a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic customer respect. I have never in my life dealt with such incompetent, dishonest, and downright disrespectful service. Save yourself the frustration, spend your money ANYWHERE else.
