- CCConnie Chin4 days ago1.0Needed to have our side door unlocked on short notice while my family and I were out of town. While they were available on short notice and the service that was provided was adequate, I felt like we were taken advantage of because we needed help in a pinch. We could have replaced the door for cheaper. The professionalism of the locksmith was subpar- he badgered me with multiple phone calls while I was trying to pay him. He called me 10 times over the course of 20 minutes, 6 of those times over a span of 6 minutes after I had told him I was in the process of trying to figure out how to send the money. On top of that, he tried to get even more money from me by asking if I wanted the locks changed on another door.
