This place has been steadily declining over the years. Some employees seem to care, but in general I don't typically find much help. I'm at the point where I try to avoid going here.
Right now I'm just trying to see if a tax exempt status is still valid. I can't get in touch with anyone...the AI agent keeps transferring me to customer service, then the phone just rings until it eventually hangs up. I tried calling the pro desk ...someone actually answered, but she said there was only one person at the customer service desk, and "That's just how it is."
I guess at this point I really don't have a choice but to take my church's business elsewhere.
It's sad because 15 years ago this was my favorite store.

I purchased a brand new washer, dryer, refrigerator, and stove from Lowe’s in August 2025. From the moment the refrigerator was delivered, it has had ongoing issues. Since then, it has been serviced three separate times. During the most recent service visit, the repair technician confirmed that the refrigerator needs to be replaced.
It is now nearing the end of January 2026, and despite numerous phone calls and follow-ups with both Lowe’s and Frigidaire, there has still been no confirmed resolution or replacement. Each time I reach out, I am met with delays, vague answers, or being referred back and forth between the two companies.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given the cost of new appliances and the expectation of reliable customer service. I did everything required of me as a customer, yet months later I am still without a working refrigerator and without clear communication or accountability from either company.
I would not recommend this experience to anyone and sincerely hope Lowe’s and Frigidaire take responsibility and improve how situations like this are handled.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
