We ordered a Lawn Mower from the Worx store. The gentleman that helped us may have been Jason? Was very nice and cordial and walked us all the way up to the register with our order. Unfortunately, the free shipment came in damaged so we brought the mower back to Lowe’s and the customer service said it would be re-ordered And sent to our home 11//10ish. We never received the mower so it went back to Lowes To see what the problem was. Got the customer service and a lady name Beth.( Beth with an attitude)waited on us. She would not hear what I was trying to say but instead said that there was not evidence we brought the mower back and we should have got a name of person because that’s what she would do.
She called for managers. We were in line bout an hr. Finally a guy named Nathan came up. He was much more professional and concerned for his customer. But we had to wait till he found the missing evidence that in fact we did return mower. Nathan assured us that he could not get through to the manufacturer, but saw that they issued a full credit for the Mower. Also, he tried to get through to track the missing Mower down, but was unable to reach the company that sent it out. But he asked us to allow him to, follow up and he will be giving us a call. If he gets no resolve, he’ll just credit us back our money. We shall see. Should have ordered from Amazon. Hopefully Nathan will come through for us.
While I was waiting, I searched clothes online to see if other people had issues with the customer service. Obviously, this is a problem that someone should look into. Apparently there were many others who had bad service. Maybe more training and people without an attitude should be working customer service.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! They had to turn away hundreds of people due to supposedly giving out a certain black friday deal completely before the doors were even open. Something seems a little fishy here.
