Then they walked on the hardwood floors which left numerous footprints from the cleaning solutions on their shoes. Also, they did not use corner protectors for the woodwork. The hoses were dragged along the corners to reach the rooms. When I asked if they had corner protectors in the truck, the answer was yes. And yet they didn’t bother to use them.
