  The service team went above and beyond when noticing that my dryer vent was clogged for a specific reason, not just normal lint build up. They were very helpful and I will be calling back to schedule future needs with them.

  They arrived early which was convenient. They went right to work and stayed on task. Job was completed. Our misunderstanding was what exactly did the job provide. What I mean is, details. Once the team left I walked around and inspected each vent. (Something I would have liked for them to have done, but they did not) I realized that the floor register was not cleaned. None of them. I am not saying they promised this as part of the service; however, that supports how we were not fully told what was involved in the process. This was our first ventilation cleaning so we did not know. As a result, I had to go to each vent, remove the floor register and clean it. I also took a wet rag and a brush and cleaned inside the ventilation walls. I know it makes for a longer day, but maybe this is something to consider to offer, even if it would cost more. My wife and I had agreed that we would have paid for that part of the service if it was offered to us.

  I dropped my vacuum off with a certain diagnosis, they did a complete service, fixed it up perfectly! I did have an issue when I got it home but they asked me to bring it back in and have it rediagnosed...I took it back, they fixed it immediately and it works better than ever!! Thanks for the great service! I'll be back for sure!

  Isaac did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent and rooftop exhaust. Although he struggled with the equipment at times, he persevered until everything was working properly. He is friendly, helpful and professional. My original appointment was rescheduled at the last minute, but I understand that things happen sometimes, and communication was good. The price was excellent, and I will use Vacuum Concepts again next time. Thanks!
