Communications with management team and scheduling via the Thumbtack app worked quite well. Responses to my inquiries were received in a timely manner and questions, concerns about duct-cleaning processes, and service options were addressed. The quoted price was competitive. For context, we purchased our home via an estate sale, so we did not have any history or background when (or if) the ducts may have been previously serviced. "Issac" performed the service and was a delightful and kind young man. He also provided insights and made recommendations to maintain clean ducts and frequency for future cleaning. Since I really dislike spiders (snakes, etc.) and I have allergies to manage, I was extremely pleased to observe that Issac also vacuumed the vent covers before replacing them over the ducts. Vacuum Concepts is added to my Contacts for future engagement. Well done!
