    Great with in store and sales. Left hanging twice this year with incomplete refrigerator deliveries in the summer and in December. August delivery crew left my old appliance plus left my new refrigerator in the garage ! Unbelievable. We hired someone to bring it into our house. This December delivery was awful too. Had an appointment with a Lowe's installer to hook the water line up 48 hours after the delivery. No show. My husband called the installer. He stated, " We don't hook up water lines." He hung up on my husband too ! We called Lowe's locally. No return call back. After wasting an entire day for no service, we drove to Lowe's at 6pm to settle the problem.

    As a customer who spends thousands of dollars at Lowes annually, I'm contemplating on shopping elsewhere due to terrible customer service. We purchased carpet during the time where it can be installed before Thanksgiving. After purchasing, the installer set a date for 12/5 install. It was after Thanksgiving but ok by us. 3 days before install they called and said they had to reschedule to 12/19. 5 days before Christmas. I expressed my concern being that we have children and they wouldn't get to enjoy the traditions they normally have. I called the store to see if there could be a better solution. After several calls where nobody answered I finally called and asked for a manager. The manager said he would look in to it and call me the next day. After not receiving a call the next day, I called and was told that he was not in. The following day I called and asked for a manager. 3 separate calls, 30 minutes on hold and still no answers. This kind service is unacceptable and I hope to hear from someone soon!!

    Went in today to purchase a torpedo heater. On the way out I noticed an Ego snowblower for sale. I went back in and inquired about it. After about 20 mins of trying to find a tag and managers talking amongst themselves I was told they couldn’t honor the price because “winds and weather could’ve knocked over a sign and was put there incorrectly”. Really? So not only would they not honor the price, then they tried saying they can do 10% off a new one for me. Unbelievable, if you have a price you have to honor it.

    This is the absolute worst store to deal with. The employees are always in a bad mood so they take it out on you. They don’t like to help women. I’m a homeowner and don’t always know what I need to fix something so asking for help is like pulling teeth for these male employees. I also do door dash. When I come into this store to pick up orders they treat you like crap then too. I’m sick of yall. If you don’t like helping women customers, go find something else to do
