Then the carpet machine goes down 3 times in 6 months. Carpet Pros stepped in and went above and beyond! It was a pleasure working with everyone in company Mike M., Jack and Tim were very mindful of our residents and detailed it there cleaning. Even going back over areas that the residents caused during the drying process. They all four floors of our 2 section Independent living and 3 floor of our Assisted living in 3 days. Then tackled two service hallways that were not touched in a few years. Great Job, guys! Residents are so happy.
