Very disappointed during this visit. Went shopping for various items including a small garden hand tool. A very nice employee looked for one and found a whole case of them. He opened the case and it is what I needed but he informed me that he could not sell it to us because he had a label on the website that stated .02 cents. It was a corona cultivator regularly 14.98 which I was willing to pay. He stated he had to throw the whole case away because of the way it was labeled.

i usually have very good things to say about this store. love going here was hoping to even apply for a job. but sadly not anymore. i came here the other night with my boyfriend, and a young girl, long black hair, latina, hella makeup, and had crocs on was making me extremely uncomfortable giving me dirty looks, not speaking to me but only to my boyfriend. when my boyfriend didn’t respond back to her, she continued to come over and help us. but was shoulder to shoulder with him, also making him extremely uncomfortable as she’s leaning over his arm trying to scan the bar code that had a discount on it. i’m very disappointed with the way i was treated

I shop Lowe’s for all my home and plumbing needs.
I’m 70 yrs old and I was needing 2”x8”x16” blocks.
I loaded 8 but couldn’t reach the other ones. I ask the associate Brandon I think was his name to get a forklift so I could get 4 more. And I informed him I’ll need help loading them on my truck.
He went after a forklift and that was the last I seen him. My wife was looking at washer and dryer’s..
She ended up where I was waiting on Brandon and we ended up loading a kart with 4”x8”x16” twelve of them.
I get to check out and pay and asked for help loading them. The girl tried several times while i was standing and waiting and no one came.
Finally the girl stopped another female associate and she said (where’s Brandon?) apparently he decided to ignore the need of patrons.
The female and another associate loaded them for me.
I will not be buying the 2nd set of washer and dryer from Lowe’s!!!!

I recently placed a same-day delivery order with the Lowe’s store in Huber Heights, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating.
My order was delivered to the wrong address, despite the correct address being listed on the order. I contacted Lowe’s customer service, and they opened a resolution ticket. After several days with no update, I followed up and was told the store had marked the issue as resolved and claimed they had emailed me on March 20th. However, I never received any communication from the store.
Customer service then transferred me directly to the store. When I spoke with an associate, I was told there was nothing they could do because the third-party delivery service marked the order as delivered. I even explained that the delivery photo clearly was not my home, but the response I received was, “we don’t know what your front door looks like.” I was then told I needed to resolve the issue myself with the third-party delivery company.
Ultimately, I had to coordinate between Lowe’s customer service and the delivery provider on separate calls just to get the issue addressed.
While Lowe’s corporate customer support was helpful overall, the service from this specific store was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expected far better accountability and support, especially for an issue that was clearly not the customer’s fault

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
