Ben from the paint center needs a raise! He knows how to help a gingerbread project succeed.

Lowe’s has really gone down hill. The store displays, especially around the bathroom and fixture section, look thrown together and poorly maintained. We were looking for new shower surrounds and the ones they have on display looked old and dirty. Hard to find what you need, and half of the time items are missing, mislabeled, or just scattered. Only self-checkout now, really? That’s just sad. When you’re spending money on home improvement supplies or anywhere for that matter, you expect a real person to check you out. Not be forced to scan everything yourself like you're working there. I think Menards is a much more customer friendly store and is a much more enjoyable shopping experience. It may be a little farther drive but for now, it worth it. Hopefully Lowe's can turn it around.

The thin blonde lady who works returns is always the worst. So abrasive she came up in conversation at Bunkers. If you can’t fire a nasty attitude employee why keep them in customer service???

Wife stopped by to buy a dryer. They still had our old address on the account, so she made sure the associate changed it to the new address. She watched over his should to make sure he entered the new address correctly to set it as the default. She was promised it would be delivered the following day to the new address she had just given them. That evening she called me from work to say they'd just sent her a text telling her it would be delivered to the old address, not the one she had given them, tomorrow. She couldn't call them from work so I called them immediately. After wasting a long time on the voice menu begging to speak to a human being I finally got through to someone and got the address changed to the correct one. This icing on the cake? I was told "since YOU (!) are changing the delivery address that will change the delivery date." We had already arranged our work schedules so that someone could be there at the time we were told it would be delivered, and LOWES changed the delivery address from the right one we gave them to the wrong one they arbitrarily decided to deliver to--we didn't change a damn thing, merely called to have them correct their mistake. Horrible, horrible customer experience all around. Now I wait and see if the dryer even gets delivered at all. Follow-up: After all that, they still tried to deliver it to the old address. Does it hurt to be that stupid?

From Columbus Ohio and did a job in Dayton that required a trip to lowes. Had the materials needed but when it came to employees that were supposed to help load concrete there was a lot of confusion, not enough communication and had to make 2 separate purchases and waited in parking lot for an hour waiting on fork lift. When time is everything on a out of town job, I wasn't happy about wasting an hr for such a cluster. Employees were not very helpful. Took 4 to get me answers
