    When I filled out the form online I stated that my camper was 30 ft long. When I got to the facility to park my camper the spot that was given to me would barely park an extended oversize van. When I called the number available the groundskeeper was on vacation for the next 2 days, so I was left with no other choice but to park my camper in a spot that was open at that time. I did not hear back from the facility for 2 weeks. There is now a large boat parked in front of my camper so I am unable to pull my camper out unless the boat is moved. The whole experience has been awful. I would not recommend.

    Paid for my unit, gave me a 4 digit unit when they only have 3 digit unit numbers. Customer Service kept telling me I needed to go to a building that didn't exist. Now I have no unit, no refund and a house full of extra things that I really needed to put in storage.

    Had problems the first year with mice, so I had to sort thru all our stuff and move across the street to a bigger storage and when the new company took over it was the best service I had no bugs very clean and nice! Like everyone is saying in their reviews, they need to have a dumpster for people to use moving in or out of the unit, it's a hassle trying to find somewhere to dump stuff you don't want! And I hope people know it's called SPARE-BOX not square box!

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
