  1st store experience with Jason, went well but well but it was close to closing time, said we would return later. 2nd store visit, knew what we wanted but needed a chair as well. While looking, I saw another very nice Italian leather couch, but what made me feel like “pretty women”, was when a different sales agent said, you can’t afford this one “. I responded, I’m looking for comfort, don’t care about the price. Only because my husband didn’t need the connection from the couch to theTV, I would have bought this couch. Moving forward, I did find the perfect chair to go with our couch. What I did forget to ask was when would the furniture be delivered:( Lesson learned, after the 2nd call I made today, MGR. Said furniture still had t arrived the the store, until end of this week:( Maybe I should have mentioned , I needed furniture before our 47th wedding anniversary 3/10/26. Very nice furniture, still plan to buy kitchen chairs:) maybe next month!

  My husband and I went into Furniture Row today with the plan to look but didn’t expect to find the new couch we need. But we found it! Jayden answered our questions about customizing and fabrics. He was attentive without being overbearing and intelligent about their products without being haughty. We are thrilled that we found our new couch and I think this is the smoothest process we’ve had purchasing furniture! Thank you, Jayden!

  Anthony was helpful and friendly, but not pushy in any way, which is just what we were looking for. He explained the difference in quality of our choices and gave us time to make our own decision.

  This is an edit of my original one star scathing review. After 6 months of dealing with these people we finally have a fully working couch and a refund for the broken piece. I brought the review up to two stars because of said refund but start to finish this was a horrible experience. We paid for the couch in August and was quoted mid September delivery. It took 10 weeks and we had to pry information out of then since they did not call or email or anything to inform us of the delays. Once we received it a piece was broken. They said they'd reach out to their repair man. Weeks went by with us calling several times till they gave us the gentleman's number making us responsible for their inability. The repair man came out in November to fix it but it wasnt actually fixed. I called them the same day to inform then it wasnt actually fixed. Months go by waiting for some kind of info and nothing. We had to call several times to get anywhere. The assistant manager apparently not escalating this to the store manager till it was way to late. We were offered a delivery fee refund early on due to the late delivery which we never received. Then later offered it again by someone else because they do no communicate with each other apparently. Long story short shop here at your own risk. Ill be telling everyone in my life to steer clear.
