  I had a great experience with Denver Mattress. They listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push anything else on me. They were very polite, professional and understood what I was looking for. I'll definitely be back.

  Just bought a mattress and adjustable base from Andrés in Holland, OH. He was super helpful and literally a no pressure salesman. He explained the difference between bed, bases, prices and warranties very well. 10/10 would buy from again.

  I appreciated the fact the salesman, Jake Boyk, introduced himself and left me alone to browse the selection of mattresses. It is already embarrassing enough that the only way to determine which one you like is to lay on each one. No one wants an audience. When I was done browsing and had made up my mind, Jake answered all of my questions. I learned a great deal from Jake about the new adjustable frames. He then told me they were a third of what I thought they would cost. I was sold. I bought a Sealy Posturepedic and was given the option of financing it for up to 48 months with 0% interest. Jake was very professional and kind. He apologized for the delay in delivery, 7-10 days instead of 3-4 days. He was able to get me through the whole process in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend going to see Jake for a knowledgeable no pressure salesman.

  Robert, our salesman, was exceptionally helpful and professional. He was very knowledgeable too and answered all our questions related to the differences in all the mattresses we tried out. He was not pushy and was great to work with! He was also very kind. A very pleasant experience working with him while shopping at Denver Mattress.

  Our sales associate had 4 different parties of people all demanding his attention. He juggled us all like a pro. He heard our needs. I observed as he made each of feel as if he had our backs and made each party happy by finding what was important to meet our needs. All parties left feeling their goals were met with quality. I was there to help out my cousin. For a first time visitor I was pleased with my service. I was treated with respect and professionalism. I look forward returning one day.
