    Wanted some Wet and Forget. Grabbed it and went to pay. Found out it's self checkout only. Put the item back on the shelf and left. Absolutely ridiculous. Not gonna say I'll never go to Lowe's again, but I can say it'll only be in an emergency. If I could give Lowe's zero stars I would have. 👎

    So mad it’s not even funny. I scheduled to get my floors measured so we could get new flooring put in but come to find out they didn’t even schedule the appointment so I sat at home for 4 hours waiting for no reason. When I called, they told me that it was not put in by mistake and they rescheduled it, but it couldn’t be the same day so now I have to take time out of a day I already had stuff going on and do it then.

    Please just use a local contractor instead of this company… We paid them $7000 back in May to get windows installed and it still has not happened… We finally had an install date of today after Four months of waiting on a project that was supposed to be completed July 10th. I got a text (Not even a call) Thursday that I now had to have the windows delivered because they would not fit in our installers car. We could not make the day work they wanted to deliver and so I called to just cancel the project and request a refund. I had to speak with five different people over a matter of two days because none of them seem to know how to cancel a project. They just keep moving the delivery or doing nothing at all. Today we got a call from the installer asking if the windows were there that they were on their way… They had not communicated anything to him. After spending a total of 5 to 6 hours on the phone with them last week, this is pathetic and I would not wish it on anybody. Save yourself a headache and use literally anywhere else.
