My mom got a couch through this awful building / company and the employees have called her non stop about payments even though they’ve been taking out the payments and they tried to over charge her on a payment because they messed something up that is there mess up not my moms not to mention the non stop phone calls non stop from them ! I definitely think NOBODY at ALL should be getting anything at all from this place they will just call you non stop make excuses for over charging you out of nowhere it’s disgusting most of the businesses in Hillsboro are a complete joke and do nothing but take peoples money and bother you sad sad building / company . Let’s just say the couch will be given back as soon as possible and my poor mother will wash her hands from that mess. Do better respectfully or shut down!

Well where to begin. I was a customer who has spent thousands with Aaron’s on my last purchase I bought a whole new bedroom suit and which they came and set up the bed incorrectly and the bedframe broke I’ve called for over eight months now I’m trying to get this resolved still paying the $10 a month for the Aaron‘s aftercare and they still have not done anything for me and now my bed is completely ruined they’ve lied and they’ve never contacted me back after contacting them a minimum of 10 times I’ve still not got any help or any calls back I will never be buying from Aaron’s again. What can I say two months later and still not resolved. What a joke. I will be contacting a law for your breach of contract and still charging my aftercare and not taking care of the issue like agreed upon. Highly suggest no one to use this business!

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
