Ty walked me through everything, helped me get into my unit, showed me how to use the app, and answered all 9,000 of my questions without a single ounce of judgment (which is more than I can say for my husband 😆). Ty was super friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helped me figure out exactly what size unit I needed without trying to talk me into something bigger than I needed. The spunky, energetic attitude honestly made the whole experience way better than I expected because let’s be real… renting a storage unit is not usually the highlight of anyone’s day 😂 And bonus: the place is actually CLEAN, which sadly is not always the case with storage facilities. 5 stars all the way. If you get lucky enough to have Ty help you, make sure you leave a review too so the bosses — or whoever signs the checks 😆 — know what an awesome employee they have!
