The machine cut the keys without any issue and prompted if I wanted a digital receipt which I did request. I tried out the keys at home and each one performed great in working with my door lockset. Recommend for anyone that does not need to interact with store personnel. You will need to wait for a bit of time if you are making several keys.

Since Minute Key offers a money back guaranty and they emailed my receipt the process should have been easy. I emailed them from the link on the emailed receipt to report the problem and get my money back. 29 days later…still no response. I know it’s just $8 but I would strongly suggest having a service clerk cut your keys in the future. Even if they don’t work the refund process will be much better.
