    Shout out to Chloe W. I had to return something because it turns out I didn’t really need it so I went to the return department and Chloe was very nice and really friendly! This place also has a lot of other good employees as well. I definitely recommend coming here to Lowe’s you won’t regret it!

    Shout out to Que! Looking into flooring, we had a few questions and wanted to take some samples but needed assistance. Que came over to help and truly went above and beyond. He took the time to answer all of our questions and even went up front to grab additional items so he could write down the information for us. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Wonderful guy!

    Buyer beware. These GE led light among many more that Lowe’s sells looks nice on display but lasted only two days after Christmas. Lowe’s will not allow return after Christmas and this is a loose loose deal for customers. This applies to all Halloween, Christmas and other seasonal lights and shoppers need to look at sign by customer service to see this policy. Shop Amazon if you want a good 30 to 60 day return policy. Last purchase I’ll make at Lowe’s and will look at Home Depot, Amazon and other stores for future purchases. Received automated and canned response shown below and called but it went to a general numerous answering system. There is no sincere response and even more disappointed than no response at all. Lowes must have these auto responses set up to show the audience that reads these reviews they are trying to connect with customers but computer generated responses is als misleading. It’s a sad business ethic Lowe’s portrays.

    Back in Nov, I saw the only Lowe’s that had the outdoor tree in stock that I really wanted was the one in Hilliard. I set it up in my yard the first week of December and on the day after Christmas it stopped working. I do a big yard display every year and it is obvious from the videos and pictures I have the tree worked through Christmas and on 12/26 it stopped working. I was just told I could not even get a dollar , even though it cost 200.00, I have video proof it was working and now it isn’t. I have the receipt. Had it only stopped working on Christmas Eve, I could have gotten a full refund. I will never shop at Lowe’s again and shame on the Lowe’s for not making an exception when clearly from the evidence I have that I planned to keep the tree had it continued working. I realize they don’t care whether they lose me as a customer but I will never shop at a Lowes again.

    I'm just starting a small indoor sensory room/shed for girlfriend's special needs class(free standing 3 walls & lattice).Needed an estimate & had a few questions as well. Tyler, who found it hard to pull himself away from a young lady at the desk was very reluctant to help answer my questions. I asked about how many 2"x4"x8' I might need, after I showed him some plans in a notebook. His answer "that's what contractors are for, I'm off at 4pm". Not sure why he was irritated with my questions.I thought that's what employees at the "service desk" were supposed to do. I hear Home Depot has lumber also.
