  It has been such a pleasure having Custom Touch Irrigation as my supplier , educator and maintenance source. Everyone from the front office to the field associates are beyond happy to help - from answering questions about the smartest way to set up the system to cheerfully working with my challenging schedule . I’m so happy to have Mike as my regular field representative; he does such thorough work and can always answer my questions and more ! We utilize the spring tune up and fall winterization services each year and we are very pleased with the service Technician is always prompt, courteous and takes the time to explain the current service and additional services/costs that we may need. Always calls ahead. Customer service is alive and well

  Hello, I use Custom Touch Irrigation Hilliard services for my irrigation system. The whole staff does a great job. Mike is very professsional and does a great job. He's also respectful of your house and makes sure that he provides good customer service. He's very patient and takes the time out to explain anything that you might need to ask.
