- SLSteven Lloyd4 days ago3.0They have different things here. If you like to build stuff or have your own business. I highly do not recommend their Flex tools. They are powerful and that is really the only thing they have going for them. They do not last. I would rather get a whole new collection of power tools than to give Flex another dime of my money. From now on I will be going to home depot. Cannot believe I wasted so many dollars in Lowes.

I asked the lady at the customer service if she could check my out but she said the check out is actually down there. Mind you she was doing nothing other that chatting with another employee. I hate self check out.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
