- VVVirendraNov 8, 20255.0Great service by Adam from Pate Appliance. Explained everything that was going on with the issue, fixed the problem and charges were very reasonable. He worked with water leak in inside of the Kenmore refrigerator in April. Within no time he pin pointed the problem to be frosted drain tube due to inadequately designed Kenmore drain tube assembly. He defrosted it and installed re-designed heated drain tube assembly with heating element. Unfortunately, the same problem reoccurred on October. This time he defrosted the drain line again and did some detective work to further pin point the problem. He monitoring freezer temperature and humidity over time. Lower freezer temperature was the SECONDARY cause for the same issue. Problem was fixed by re-setting freezer temperature. All this was covered under warranty for the work done initially on April. Couldn’t be happier with Adam. Knows what he is doing and easy to get along with. Highly recommend Adam and Pate’s Appliance Service for any appliance needs.
