I was told my delivery would be set for today to bring my new furniture and pick up the other set that I was returning. My husband had to take the day off work to sign the new rental agreement just to be told that they did not tell me it would be delivered today when yes in fact they did and they expect my husband to take off Wednesday to be here between 11:00 and 3:00 to sign the agreement they refused to take any accountability and even hung up on me. I definitely would not recommend renting from them. If you like their furniture I suggest a different Aaron's store

I recently had a personal medical emergency and was unable to communicate with the team for an extended period of time. Mr. Bill has made sure my experiences were that of no stress and heard me as a person and not just a customer or payout. This type of sympathy and compassion for your job are few and far between.

But the fact that they call me on the due date and it's not even 5 pm yet. is borderline harassment. I've always paid and have used them for 8 years. And have always received messages about my loyalty and being such a grate customer and get treated like this is unfair and down right degrading After this item is paid off I will never return.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
