  We were promptly greeted by Ellis. He gave us time to look around without hovering and when we were ready to purchase, he was there is answer our questions. He was in training and did a great job helping us with our purchase.

  The store is nicely laid out with a variety of living room and other furniture. We were there to replace our 13 year old sectional. While we were trying out the different sofas, we decided to replace our coffee and end tables. Christin graciously helped us by moving tables around, providing options in different colors and fabric swatches. She was very helpful and not all pushy and would recommend her helping you with your purchases.

  Purchased sectional and electric leather recliner for a lot of money on 11/22/24. Store promised to have interior designer present at delivery. This did not happen due to no staffing for this service at the time of delivery. Furniture and rug look very awkward in room due to delivery techs arranging sectional and recliner on rug in cramped fashion. Floor lamp is damaged. Overlooked all of this until today. After light use of recliner over the course of the year, it is squeaking/metal on metal sound when sit in it. I called the store and they said only parts are under warranty and would require $160 (labor) + $15.95 for shipping part if we want to fix. And even then it would be a month out despite living in the heavily populated Columbus metro area. I explained that when we purchased the furniture we were told everything was under warranty for 4 years including even if we tore fabric or something that was our fault, and we purchased extra. Only then did they agree and the 3rd party company they contract with is going to fix it. Hopefully this is true. How lousy that an American Made company that is known for specializing in recliners, can’t give you a working recliner after a year without service. Too bad because we were about to purchase a 2nd one as a gift. Will be shopping and looking for another manufacturer. A real shame.

  Poor Quality, Do Not Purchase here. Recliner does Not resemble the store sample at all. My disabled friend purchased a custom lazyboy $2200, for comfort. She's tiny, but yet her butt hits a bar/board when she sits down. This was a splurge buy for comfort, and it's anything butt. They must have put that cushioning in the pillow, because that is so overstuffed it's worthless, a neckbreaker. She has tried to work it out with the store, and contacted corporate, yet they have demanded a 4-5 start review and haven't done anything towards fixing the issue with this unusable recliner.
