We were treated so nicely, and the manager took his time with us to help find the perfect couch. You can tell he really cares about his customers and their goals. Will be back if we need any other furniture for sure!
- MDMarcia DownsJan 4, 20261.0At about 2 weeks after delivery, I heard a big snap within the chair & sounded like a 2x4 snapping. I called repair & scheduled me 6 weeks out for repair. Ridiculous! Presently I am still waiting for that date. I asked if I could just return the chair and they said "no" because my call was made more than 2 or 3 days after delivery. My call was approx 2 weeks after delivery. I think they should accept a return within at least 30 days out. I am surprised at LazBoy's policies. I thought they were a very reputable company. Will never buy there again.
