  Good experience with Grove City OH Store,our reg. sales rep who is super and knowledgeable was off day and we had just ordered a bundle of furniture and went back to get an area rug and was there 3hours and left with nothing purchased,sales rep that helped us had not much knowledge and customer is not satisfied with today's visit ,this will effect our doing business with Lazy boy.

  Went to the La-Z-Boy store in Grove City, OHIO to look for a chair for my mother because her chair that she was sitting in had the springs for the base to make it rock was broken. So my father had removed the base and had the chair sitting on the floor with no base and no more rocking. My wife and I just stopped to see if there was any floor models that we thought that my mother would like. We walked in and was met by the most amazing sales lady Meredith that showed us a few floor models we found one that my wife and I liked and thought that mom would like also. We FaceTimed mom and had her sit in her broken no base chair and show us how much room she had in it from arm to arm so we could get an idea about the chair we was looking at getting. We ended up getting the chair and Meredith was so helpful and was great to talk with and deal with. Fast forward to when we took the chair to mom she was so happy and was smiling from ear to ear because she was able to sit in a chair and rock again. She thanks me and my wife every day when I call them on my way home from work. She said that my dad and her both love the chair and that my dad thinks that the chair is his. I asked if they wanted me to find another one that way they both could have a rocking chair and she said that would be nice. So Meredith we might be seeing you again soon. Thank you, The Shepherd’s

  Meredith and Matt showed such great customer service and were very personable. Made the purchase of the lift chair for Mom Sharon very easy. Explained everything completely and answered all of our questions. Taught us things we didn’t know. Thanks and Blessings for everything!!!

  The salesman made my shopping experience quick and painless. I described what I was looking for and he showed me a few options and I made my decision. I chose two Liam rocker recliners in taupe.Very pleasant shopping experience.*EDITED* Pick up was a nightmare!I chose to pick up my recliners. I requested that they be left in the boxes for easier and damage free transport. Upon arrival at the dock to pick up the recliners, I discovered the recliners were unboxed and assembled. The salesman present was less than helpful and basically said we could either take them as is or come back the next day and talk with the manager. This is after no one called me to tell me that the recliners had arrived to the Stringtown Road store from the warehouse. So, once they get your money, any semblance of service is gone. Fortunately, we were able to configure the chairs to safely get them transported home, damage free. This was my first and last purchase from this store.

  Regarding the quality: We have multiple rooms of La-Z-Boy furniture that we have purchased over the last 30 years. We still have the all of the furniture and the pieces look, and function, as good as the day we bought them. Regarding the sales/service: We have worked with Matthew (Grove City, Ohio store) for a few years and recently worked with Anna (designer). They are both fantastic to work with. We were buying various pieces for our house and our daughter ‘s house. They made our experience extremely enjoyable. We were in the store multiple times and changed our minds frenquently. They were very patient and we never felt rushed. They created computer drawings to show us what the rooms would look like with the various scenarios we were considering. They also gave us suggestions on accent tables and rugs. We cannot praise them enough. Paul, Gerda, and Megan
