I called the online customer service and the lady was so nasty and was describing a door but not my door. I told her that was not my door. The lady kept asking me about the door over and over. She stated that I would need to wait until Thursday to even start the process of maybe getting a refund because she stated that they would not be sending any yarn back out to me. This leads me to my review of the Grove City Hobby Lobby. I was so upset that I would not be receiving my yarn to make the Christmas item for my daughter that I have not seen in 18 years. I called and Haley looked to see if they had the items in the store which they did, and then she went and got them for me and I drove over and picked them up. Thank you so much!!! Will never order online again!!! I cannot thank you enough!!
