- MCMegan C.2 days ago1.0I placed an online order for a little over $600...Then over the course of a week, there were different charges going in and out of my account, totaling to over $1250! I called and the lady I spoke with would not let me finish my sentence. I could not get any word out about what I was trying to say because they kept cutting me off and redirecting me to online support. So the next day I went to this location in person and spoke with that same person plus another person & to my amazement, I continued to get cut off mid sentence! Legitimately I was not allowed to speak!! I was getting so frustrated that I wasnt even allowed to voice completely what was happening, because as soon as they heard I was charged more than what I spent, they would stop me mid sentence and said repetitivly "nothing we can do". The ONLY person who was kind and not rudely cutting me off was Tyler. Thank you Tyler for having respect for customers and allowing them to finish their sentences!
- BMBethany MillerMar 26, 20263.0Associates at this Lowe's are always rude. Lady in paint department came and parked her electric standing jack right where I was looking at exterior paint. I politely moved out of her way, just for her to park it, turn it off, and walk away. As I'm sitting in my car writing this review I see her going to lunch. I dunno, I work in retail management and if I saw a customer trying to look at products I wouldn't have them move for nothing. After that I just paid for my items and left. There's been other times at this Lowe's associates have just been kinda crappy to me and my husband. Like I said, Im salary management at another retail establishment, so I understand how exhausting it can be...but I honestly dread coming to this Lowe's and will probably just start going to a different location.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel. Find your order and select Details. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
