  Nice clean units of every size. Bill was amazing! He was very knowledge and understanding when explaining the sizes, specials and prices of unit sizes. Excellent help during such a hectic time which made things move along so much easier!!

  Bill is SUPER DUPER nice. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff on how to treat a customer. This storage facility is BRAND NEW … everything you need and want to store all in one easy location. It’s temperature controlled, easy to locate/access and secure. I love this place so much I rented 3 units.

  I had a great experience renting a storage unit here. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Bill, in particular, made all the difference—he went above and beyond to walk us through all the available options and made sure we found exactly what worked best for us. His helpfulness and attention to detail are the reason we chose this place. Highly recommend!

  I recently rented a storage unit at Rockside Self Storage and was really impressed. The facility is brand new and very clean. I was told it used to be a K-Mart so you can imagine how big the place is. They have several size storage units to choose from. Bill, the manager, was especially great to work with. He’s friendly, helpful, and you can tell he really cares about the people renting there and about keeping the place running right. Overall, it’s a really nice storage facility, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for storage in the area. 👍

  I had an amazing experience at Rockside Self Storage. The facility is brand new, extremely clean, and feels very safe and well-maintained. The units themselves are spacious, and everything is laid out in a way that makes access easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the customer service. Bill, the manager, was incredibly helpful and genuinely great to talk to. He took his time giving me a full tour, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my choice. You can tell he really cares about the place and the people using it. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality you’re getting, and the amenities offered make the whole experience even better. Overall, it’s a very welcoming environment, and I’d absolutely recommend Rockside Self Storage to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and professionally run facility.
