  Awesome! Very friendly staff! Great storage area. Love the drive in that you unload in and the covered protected area. Plenty of carts available. Digital access works great! Way better than the previous places I have used.

  I had a stress-free, top-notch experience at Extra Space Storage in Gahanna, and Jonathan was a huge part of that. He was so courteous and helpful he made sure everything was set up quickly. What really blew me away, though, was how tech-savvy the whole place is, everything is accessible through your phone, from the entry to the unit itself. Jonathan walked me through every step, and now I have total peace of mind with a secure, easy to access storage solution. Jonathan truly went above and beyond, Thanks Man.

  ** Update ** 5 Rent Payments were paid at the wrong (Higher) rate, $63 a month higher than I should have been paying. I stopped in person yesterday and was told Corporate approved a $206 Credit. Their math and my math do not add up. 5 x $63 is $315. STILL a one Star Rating. ____ We began renting an RV storage space with Extra Space Storage in November 2025 and stored our camper there over the winter. This is a brand-new facility and not the most affordable option, but we chose it for the convenience of location and expected a higher level of service. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. We were actually the very first RV customer in the back storage area. When we initially moved in, we were assigned a space directly under a large dead tree. After raising concerns, we were moved—but to a smaller space. Despite that change, we later discovered we were still being billed for the larger, more expensive spot for several months. More concerning, when we returned in April 2026 to retrieve our camper, we found that the protective cover—an expensive one—was missing. When we called, we were told by management that the cover had been seen along the fence earlier in the winter, buried in snow, but no attempt was made to contact us. At the time, there were only two RV clients in that section, making it extremely easy to identify and reach out. A simple phone call or text could have prevented the damage we are now dealing with, especially given the severe storms and high winds this season. When we raised both the damage concern and the billing issue, management declined to offer any resolution. They refused to provide any credit for the four months we were overcharged, stating that because we did not come in to sign updated paperwork after being moved—despite being directed where to park and the unit being visibly in use daily—we were still responsible for the higher rate. For a new facility charging premium pricing, this level of oversight and lack of customer care is unacceptable. Between the preventable damage and the billing issue, this has been a very frustrating experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and accountability moving forward.
