I told her she was rude she said son were you. I replied only because of the way you treated me. This was the Fremont store in Ohio 434z0. She was working.on April 1.2026 at 2 28. You cant even talk to the store when you complain and it takes twice as long because they dont speak good English. Might have to go.to.Menards. I did go to Menards and was impressed on how few people were standing around talking like at Lowes. They deserve my business. I will not.be back. Maybe the managers should.be more honest and visible in thier stores. They might change others opinions. .No thanks Lowes not worth my time or money. Plus I saved 11%. And the prices were way lower. And by the way after I did this first review some smuck in India tried to take money from me by saying I won 500 survey money. Shows Lowes is not protecting our credit cards and receipts. The number Lowes listed is going to a call center like thier customer service help. Overseas so they dont have to deal with our complaints local. RIDICULOUS AND DANGEROUS. How many elderly people have been taken advantage of by this system. HORRIBLE AND YOUR COMPANY IS TERRIBLE.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
