10/10. I worked with Jim and Brenda with a customer service issue and they both were great to work with.

Avoid this store. The most lazy incompetent staff. They make 20$+ an hour to sit around and literally avoid doing there job you ask and its the deer in the headlights. You will feel like you actually work there. Btw curbside pickup is broken you will have to go inside. Btw they will not do anything but point you to a kiosk/touchscreen.

Ehhhhh..... The stores location seems to have employees who are better at hiding than helping. I also felt like I was checking out with a mindless zombie.....zero personality, no eye contact at all. Generally the people who check you out there are more friendly but my last experience was a dismal performance. The help I could have used was to find a basic item that is located in a very strange spot inside this store. Other stores floor plans seem to be put together better. Assumed to be boxes and pallets all over the floor and some aisles being blocked from customers being able to shop. I have definitely had better experiences at other lows in the area.

Don't come to this store if you need help with literally anything. Expect to do it all yourself. The last two times I went I needed 30 bags of mulch, 30lbs each. Couldn't even get an employee to show me where it was at. So I had to find it myself, load it all myself, and unload it all myself. Only in the middle of the second car-trip of mulch did two employees stop what they were doing to jump in to help (which I was very thankful for!) This time (once again) the employee didn't even help me (dolly in hand) FIND the heavy items I needed multiples of, let alone ask if I needed help loading it. She just pointed to the far off opposite end of the giant Garden Center and said, "they are in aisle 3, maybe 4". And that was quite literally the FULL EXTENT of the help I received, besides the cashier who rang me out. Thanks for nothing, Lowes.

This store is the worst, it takes their managers over 20 minutes to show up when called for help to open things that require keys. If your in a hurry specifically in lumber for construction materials don't hold your breath the only competent person left (they've all quit, called off or on vacation)is Justin. I feel bad for him working at that store.
