We were told that the installer would be able to put the pedestals from the old washer and dryer to the new washer and dryer., however the installers told us that they were not allowed to do that. Frustrating because we purchased both old and new from our Findlay lowes, and now they sit too low on the floor with the pedestals in the garage.

It’s a 45ish minute drive so I picked it up and when I got home, this is what was in the box. Literally a 3ft tree? different halves. I called their customer service and the girl was rude and told me to just bring it back to them and return it or they could ship me one with a $75 shipping charge. 😂 she got an attitude when I told her that wasn’t good enough. What I received was laughable. I went to Lima Lowe’s and their manager Aaron got a good laugh and fixed it within 2 minutes and I’m getting it delivered in a few days. I’ll never shop at Findlay Lowe’s again.
