  Love hobby lobby 9 times out of 10. I almost never need to return anything. But I was going through some things I no longer needed and wanted to return some things. I didn’t have my receipt. The check out girl was helpful but at the end of it all had a snarky tone about making sure to keep my receipts in the future. I’m sorry but if it pisses you off that much make it your store policy absolutely no returns without a receipt. It’s not like it comes out of the employees pockets. It rubbed me the wrong way.

  As usual, the products here are easy to find, the store is clean, the products are of great quality But their customer service is not all it should be. I was looking through a Dept for about 20 minutes. No one ever said hey can I help you or give me any kind of acknowledgment that they saw me. After looking for a while and needing some some fabric I rang the bell per the instructions on the table. I was met with an unhappy person telling me that she was right here as if ringing the bell was something I should not have done. I had not seen one worker back there in the time I had been looking through that Dept. She may have seen me, but I did not know she was there. I decided that I did not want to have someone be more unkind to me. I found someone to help me and they did in a kind, courteous way. That person needed to go and help someone else so I waited for them to come back. She must not have been able to come back so she sent Someone else. That person seem to have the same problem. The first person did, but she at least tried to fake it.If I had more time, I would have left at that point, but I chose to work through whatever was going on in that department. I know it’s Christmas. I know it was late. I know they probably had a A long day. I just wanted to be treated with kindness and patience the same way I was trying to treat them.

  👎🏼 When I asked a worker wear something was at, she act like I was stupid and should have known. She pointed to an area where what I was looking for should be, and said unless you want something different and you will have to look for it. When I got to the checkout I gave the clerk my money and she shorted me $30. I had to ask for the rest of it. The clerk did say she was sorry. 🌞 Accidents happen but she was very nice about it.
